Apple Chocolate Chip Cake

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

   In a large bowl, mix together oil, sugar and eggs. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture. Add the vanilla and stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and apples.

   Bake for 1 hour. Check for doneness after 45 or 50 minutes. Let the cake cool completely before removing from the bundt pan.
