Apple Cake With Walnuts

   Cream together eggs, sugar and oil.

   Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda and add to sugar and oil mixture.

   Blend thoroughly, then fold in apples and walnuts.

   Pour into 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan, greased and floured.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.

   Let sit in pan approximately 10 to 20 minutes, then turn out on plate.

   Serve warm or cold, either plain or with whipped or ice cream.
