Apple-Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich

   Toss apples with juice and pepper.

   For each serving: Top 1 bread slice with 1 cheese slice, 5 apple slices, 2 bacon slices and second cheese slice; cover with second bread slice.

   Spread outside of sandwich with 1/2 tsp.

   (2 mL) butter.

   Cook in nonstick skillet on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min.

   on each side or until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.

   Cut in half to serve.
