An Inexpensive Feast Made with Chicken Breast Deep-Fried Chicken with Mayonnaise

   Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 2 to 3 strips, and slice diagonally into 1 cm-thick pieces.

   Please don't throw away the skin.

   Please try using it like this:

   Put the chicken breast, sake, salt and pepper into a Ziploc bag, and thoroughly rub the seasoning into the meat.

   Let it sit in the fridge for about 1 hour.

   Mince the Japanese leek, and mix with all the ingredients in a bowl to make the mayonnaise sauce.

   Prepare oil for deep-frying.

   Fill a frying pan with vegetable oil about 5 mm from the bottom, and set the heat to medium.

   If you see liquid pooling in the bag from Step 2, discard the liquid.

    Add the cake flour and coat the chicken.

    If this is difficult to do in the bag, you can use a tray.

    Add your chicken from Step 5 to well-heated oil and deep-fry both sides until it becomes slightly golden brown.

    After deep-frying, drain the excess oil by laying the chicken pieces on top of paper towesl.

    Transfer to the bowl from Step 3 while it's still hot.

    Mix with the mayonnaise sauce, and you're done!
