4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts - (to 6)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp Madras curry pwdr
1 tsp garlic pwdr
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1/4 c. amaretto

Add in chicken breasts (rinsed and patted dry) and toss to coat.

Brown quickly in warm vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
