2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Mrs dash original seasoning
3 tbsp French fried onions
2 Roma tomatoes
1/2 White onion
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
4 tbsp Pesto
1 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Slice chicken into 1 inch strips

Place chicken strips in bowl/plate of flour, cover fully

Place chicken strips in egg, cover fully

In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, French fried onions and spices and bread chicken

In a 9x13 greased glass pan place breaded chicken strips

Over the stove, saute onions and tomatoes with vegetable oil

Sprinkle sauteed onions and tomatoes over chicken

Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste on top
