1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil (Crisco preferred)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Measure remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl; blend, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

Pour into pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 70 minutes, or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
