Alan'S Pizza Dough

   Mix first 6 ingredients well in a large glass bowl.

   Dissolve the 1 package yeast in 1 1/4 cups warm water.

   Add olive oil to this mixture.

   Make well in the center of flour mix and pour liquid in.

   Stir until you have a dough mixture and then knead well.

   Let rise for approximately 1 hour or until the dough has doubled.

   Make into two round balls, let set for 10 minutes, then press onto pizza pans.

   They are now ready for your favorite toppings.
