Ac'S Chicken Dijon – a delicious recipe with Chicken breasts, butter, salt, pepper, onion, garlic. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Pound chicken breasts, or use thinly sliced chicken breasts, add salt and pepper and cook in butter over meduim high heat until done.

Remove chicken and place to the side. Keep warm.

In same pan add more butter along with the onion and garlic. Saute until the onion starts to brown but do not long enough to burn the garlic.

Turn down heat and add the mustard and cream. While stirring bring back to a low boil and simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Add the chicken along with any accumulated juices. Continue to heat on low for a few minutes.

The chicken can sit in pan while the sauce thickens.........serve it up.

NOTE: Using the 1/3 cup dijon to 1 cup cream ratio you can easily double or triple the recipe. You can also adjust the ratio to suite your taste. I typically purchase the thin sliced chicken breasts as they cook quicker.
