Dry bread crumbs; 2 med Onions, finely minced; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 1 pch Thyme; 2 pch Accent; 1 tsp Garlic pwdr; 1 dsh Tabasco; 1/2 tsp Black pepper; 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese; Salt to taste; 1 pt Oysters

Servings: persons

2 pkt Frzn spinach or possibly
1 lb Fresh spinach
1 stk butter or possibly margarine
3/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
2 med Onions, finely minced
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1 pch Thyme
2 pch Accent
1 tsp Garlic pwdr
1 dsh Tabasco
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Cook spinach for 1/2 hour; drain well.

Add in remaining ingredients, except oysters; mix well.

Drain oysters; put on flat sheet and broil long sufficient to get rid of excess water (till the edges curl).

To make casserole: Put half of spinach mix in casserole; then layer oysters and cover with remaining mix.

If making individual servings, do same in c. cake molds, using sufficient oysters to cover mold.

Bake for 25 min in 350 degree oven.

May be frzn and reheated.
