8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons white wine
1 lemon, zest of, grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup whipping cream
1 ½ cups mushrooms, fresh, sliced
⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch parsley, for garnish

Melt butter in frying pan, add chicken and saute over medium heat for 10 minutes until chicken is browned on both sides.

Remove chicken to a 9 x 13-inch oven-proof dish.

Drain butter from pan and add wine, lemon peel, and lemon juice.
