   Add butter to boiling hot water.

   When melted, add flour all at once.

   Mix thoroughly and cook over direct heat.

   Stir in unbeaten eggs, one at a time.

   Drop by tablespoonfuls on buttered baking sheet.

   Place 2 to 3 inches apart.

   Bake in oven at 350u00b0 for 15 minutes.

   Reduce temperature to 325u00b0 and bake 20 to 30 minutes.

   Cool, split and fill with sweet cream filling.
