Zucchini White Sauce

   Yeah, I agree with everyone, simple is good. A recipe I really like is a white sauce with shrimp and zucchini -

   You cook the (thin) sliced zucchini with some olive oil and salt, and garlic (one piece only), then add the shrimp and let cook together. You can also add some crushed red pepper if you like. Then cook the pasta and throw it into the pan with the zucchini and shrimp, add some milk and mix everything a little (1 minute). The zucchini should be quite 'destroyed' at the end, so they can form a sort of cream with the milk ....You can even add more oil if you need...
