Zucchini Pie

   Wash and slice zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds.

   In a large skillet, saute the zucchini in butter or margarine, dill weed, salt and pepper until done but still a bit crunchy (about 5 to 7 minutes).

   Into a 9-inch pie plate, put out dinner rolls to form a crust.

   Pour cooked zucchini into pie plate. Beat eggs and pour over zucchini.

   Sprinkle grated cheese over zucchini-egg mixture. Bake in a 325u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Crust will be golden and egg mixture solid.

   Test with toothpick to be sure eggs are cooked. Slice and enjoy.
