2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini
1 tbsp. lemon peel, grated
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease well and flour 2 (9X5X3) loaf pans.

Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl.

Combine lemon peel, grated zucchini, walnuts and raisins in small bowl.

In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, salad oil, and eggs with mixer till smooth.
