Parmesan; 1/2 lb. taco chips; 4 c. milk

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. finely shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
4 oz. canned or 2 fresh jalapenos
4 oz. sharp grated Cheddar
1/2 c. Parmesan
1/2 lb. taco chips
4 c. milk

Melt margarine and add onion and garlic.

Saute until tender. Add zucchini, seasonings and flour.

Cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Stir constantly.

Simmer with chilies, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes until thickened and chilies are cooked. Add tomatoes and heat through.
