Zesty Mexican Cauliflower

   Cook the cauliflower florets by steaming them over boiling water for 5 minutes until tender.

   Drain and set aside.

   Combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
