Ricotta cheese; 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese; 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes; 2 eggs, beaten; 8oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef

1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt, divided
3/4 tsp. pepper, divided
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms
3 c. canned tomatoes
2 - 6oz. cans tomato paste
10oz. lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
3 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
8oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown meats together, drain.

Add garlic, basil, oregano, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes & tomato paste.

Simmer uncovered 30 min. stirring occasionally.

While noodles are cooking, combine Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, eggs, remaining salt & pepper.

Place half of noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Spread half each of Ricotta filling, mozzarella, then tomato sauce.
