Zesty Broccoli Casserole

   Saute onion in 4 tablespoons margarine in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.

   Stir in flour and add water.

   Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

   Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.

   Add broccoli and both cheeses to sauce mixture.

   Add well beaten eggs.

   Pour mixture into flat or oblong baking dish buttered with 1 tablespoon margarine.

   Use remaining margarine to butter cracker crumbs used for topping. Bake in a preheated 350u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
