Zesty Baked Chicken

   Discard chicken skin; rub pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange in casserole dish.

   Mix lemon juice, tarragon and bouillon.

   Pour over chicken and turn.

   Add mushrooms.

   Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour.

   Bake in 350u00b0 oven for about 1 hour, turning often and basting with marinade.
