1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup softened butter
2/3 cup amber agave nectar

3 tbsp flax seed
1/4 cup 5 grain whole oats
1 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate(60% or above cocao) morsels
1 cup chopped nuts of choice
2 cup unsifted spelt or whole grain flour

stir flour with baking soda, salt, flax seed, oats and wheat germ

beat butter with sugar and nectar until creamy

add vanilla and eggs one at a time mixing on low until well incorporated
