Combine first 6 ingredients.

Mix until well blended.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish and set aside. Combine the next ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
