Yummy Potatoes

   Pour melted margarine in greased casserole dish.

   Place potato chunks

   in dish and stir until chunks are coated.

   Now sprinkle garlic salt (to taste) on potatoes and Mrs.

   Dash, as well.

   Bake in oven about 50 to 60 minutes at 375u00b0.

   Stir and resprinkle spices halfway through baking.

   May microwave potatoes also until done; be sure to add more spices and stir halfway through cooking time, about 20 minutes.
