1 small onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup instant oats
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
1 tablespoon ketchup (for glaze)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
