Yorkshire Pudding

   Place milk, eggs, flour, salt and 2 tablespoons hot fat in blender and blend until smooth. Pour 1 tablespoon fat into a 9-inch pie plate.

   Pour in batter.

   Bake at 425u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350u00b0 and continue cooking for another 15 minutes until the pudding is puffed, crisp and brown.

   Cut in wedges and serve immediately with roast beef. Makes 4 servings.
