1 chicken
2 buttons garlic
1 onion
1 bay leaf
1 large pkg. yellow rice
3/4 c. olive oil or oil (enough to fry chicken)
1 small jar pimientos
1 green pepper
salt to taste
1 small can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 small can green peas

Cut chicken and fry with onion and garlic.

When done, add tomatoes and water.

Boil 5 minutes; add bay leaf, salt, rice saffron (seasoning out of yellow rice) and green peppers.

Stir thoroughly and place in 350u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
