   On a large sheet of heavy-duty foil or triple thickness of regular foil, sprinkle half package of soup mix.

   Place the meat on top and sprinkle remaining soup mix.

   Drizzle with tomato juice. Wrap foil tightly and bake at 325u00b0 for 2 hours.

   Open foil and arrange onion and carrots around meat.

   Rewrap and bake an additional hour or until vegetables are tender.

   Serve over steaming bed of egg noodles.
