Prep vegetables and meat as described in the above list.

Season meat with a few dashes of salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.

Place oil, garlic, and red pepper in a wok on low for about two minutes, mixing to combine.

Remove this from the wok and put to the side in a small bowl.

Increase heat to high.

Place seasoned meat in wok on high heat for about two minutes, stirring to cook all sides.

Place meat into a large bowl.

Pour some of the garlic/pepper oil combination in the wok on high heat.

Add carrots and cook for a minute.

Add onion and cook for another minute, mixing as it cooks.

Add cabbage and cook for another minute mixing as it cooks.

Add the rest of the garlic/pepper oil combination.

Stir together for another minute.

Put veggies in the bowl with the meat.

Keep the wok on high heat.

Measure out the amount of water specified on the two noodle packages.

Put water into the wok and bring to a boil.

Add noodles.

After 2 minutes the noodles should be soft.

Add the flavor packets.

Cook until noodles have soaked up flavor and most of the liquid is gone.
