Xocai Decadent Chocolate Pudding

   Beat egg.

   In a large saucepan add milk, egg and tapioca.

   Heat and stir until mixture starts to boil.

   Remove from heat.

   Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

   Place back on medium heat and stir until mixture thickens.

   Remove from heat.

   Add Nuggets and stir until melted.

   Add vanilla.

    Serve warm or cool.

    Cover with wax paper to prevent skin from forming on pudding.

    VARIATIONS: sprinkle with coconut, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to pudding mixture, sprinkle with chopped nuts, or drizzle Xocai Activ on top.
