   In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the soy protein crumbles, mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

   Stir in soup.

   Cover and heat to boiling.

   Stir in pasta; reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

   Stir in spinach; and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until spinach is hot and begins to wilt.

   Sprinkle with cheese.
