   Cut the potatoes into cubes.

   Combine butter and Parmesan cheese and pour over the potatoes and toss well and put into microwave-safe dish and microwave on High for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

   Or bake in oven at 400u00b0 for 1 hour. Add Cheddar cheese and bacon bits and microwave or bake until melted.
