Winter Citrus Salad

   Cut the peel off the oranges, cut into wedges and then cube. Hull the strawberries and slice them.

   You can also add any other fruit of choice. Some suggestions are grapefruit, tangelos, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, melons-you get the picture.

   Easy as can be. Just combine fruit and mint together and drizzle the honey over the top. Stir together and serve.
