2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. water
1 (3 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. basil

Cut meat into serving size pieces.

Drain off fat, add remaining ingredients, cover and let simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
