4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, sliced

1 zucchini, quartered and sliced

1 lb ground beef
20 ounces cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown onion, garlic and zucchini, set aside.

Brown mushrooms, set aside.

Brown meat.

Add onion, garlic, zucchini and mushrooms to meat.

Cook together until almost all liquid has evaporated.

Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese has melted.

If sauce is too thick dilute with milk until desired consistency.
