1
While baking the buns in the bread machine, how about making meat sauce and hamburgers?
-
2
Of course, store-bought ones are fine, too.
-
3
After the first rise, remove from the bread machine and gently press out the air.
-
4
Roll into equal sections and let sit for 15 minutes.
-
5
Divided into 8, the buns will turn out voluminous.
-
6
Divided into 10, it makes an easy-to-eat size for kids.
-
7
After the dough sits, oil the circular mold and make nice round buns.
-
8
If you don't have a circular mold on hand, roll the dough into balls, then press slightly on top.
-
9
Then let them sit for a second rise.
-
10
Once they rise, paint with egg wash (I use the egg white), sprinkle on some sesame seeds, then bake at 190C for 15 minutes, and they're done.
-
11
While baking the buns, make the hamburgers.
-
12
Shape them into sizes that will fit the buns.
-
13
I succeeded in shaping nice buns with and without the circular mold.
-
14
Using a circular mold gives the buns some height.
-
15
Fry up the hamburgers while the buns are cooling.
-
16
Once the hamburgers are done, cut the buns in half.
-
17
Since they're fluffy and soft, wait until they cool down before cutting.
-
18
In this order, layer the hamburger, minced onion, meat sauce, and tomato slices (optional), then they're ready to serve.
-
19
Top with cheddar cheese to make a cheese burger.
-
20
Serve with french fries and onions to make a perfect (?)
-
21
Mos-Burger-Style hamburger.
