1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. flour
1/4 c. 100% bran cereal
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry parsley
1 can (12 ounce.) beer, hot
1/3 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. honey

Grease 9x5 microwave loaf pan.

Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs, tilting pan to coat.

Set aside.

Combine whole wheat and regular flour, cereal, cheese, baking pwdr, garlic salt, oregano and parsley.

In another bowl, blend remaining ingredients.

Shield ends with 2 inch strips of foil covering 1 inch of batter and wrapping rest around pan.
