   Cut chicken breasts in half.

   Coat chicken with flour.

   Dice a small onion.

   In a frying pan, melt butter on medium heat.

    Cook chicken and onion in the frying pan.

    While chicken is cooking, mix the white wine and lemon juice in a bowl.

    After chicken is done cooking, add the white wine and lemon juice mixture.

    Let the mix simmer with the chicken in it.

    It will become a little thicker.

    I usually serve this over noodles or rice.
