Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 2 1/3 cups flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 cup chocolate chips; 1 cup white chocolate chips; 1 cup butterscotch chips; 1 cup pecans; 1 cup butter softened; 2 eggs; 2 Tbsp Amaretto; 1 tsp vanilla

2 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup pecans
1 cup butter softened
2 eggs
2 Tbsp Amaretto
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 375F/190C.

Cream butter with sugar.

Add eggs, liqueur and vanilla.

Mix flour, salt & baking soda in a separate bowl.

Set mixer to low, add flour mixture slowly (1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time) until fully incorporated

Add chips & nuts and mix

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (do not overbake!)

They will come out soft and a little gooey so let them cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes.

Transfer to wire rack and finish cooling
