2 lbs. beef cubes
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tbsp. chili pwdr
3 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
3/4 c. tomato paste
6 c. water
Red pepper, if you like
3 bouillon beef cubes
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

In a large heavy kettle, heat 3 Tbsp.

Add in beef cubes (cut 1 inch or possibly so and roll in flour).

While browning, add in 1/2 tsp.

nutmeg and 1 Tbsp.

When meat is brown add in remaining ingredients except peanut butter.

Add in peanut butter and stir till thoroughly mixed.

(This will thicken the gravy).
