2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
⅓ cups Whole Milk
1/2 cups Beer
1 teaspoon (heaping) Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoons Paprika
1/4 teaspoons Cayenne
2 dashes Worcestershire
1- 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 whole Egg Yolk
Fresh Chives, Chopped
