To prepare brandied fruit: 3 c. peaches 6 c. sugar 6 maraschino cherries (to count the ration of fruit c. used)

Place the above in an crock jar with a lid.

This should be stirred each day for about a week.

Fermentation will take place and the mix will bubble and fill the home with the fruity flavors.

After a week, ladle over ice cream.

The syrup can also be served over dessert crepes for which special dinner with friends and etc.

To keep the fermentation going, replace what you use with a c. of fruit and a c. of sugar to the mix.
