For syrup: In a medium sauce pan, combine the water and sugar.

In a blender or food processor, combine watermelon and berries.

(If using food processor, process only half the ingredients at a time).

Cover and blend or process for 30 seconds.

Add warm syrup; cover and blend or process until nearly smooth.

Transfer to a 13x 9 x 2 inch freezer proof container.

Cover and freeze about 1 1/2 hours or until nearly firm.

Break up frozen mixture with a fork.

Cover and freeze for at least 1 hour.

If necessary, let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
