Warm Apple Cake With Pecans

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Grease and line base of an 8 inch springform pan.

   Whisk butter and egg until smooth. Add apple and sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt over apple mixture. Add nuts, mix well.

   Fill prepared pan and bake for 45-55 mins, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream.
