Sugar Cookie Crust Cheese Cake

   Press sugar cookie dough into a 9 inch spring form pan.

   Preheat oven temp to 325 and cream sugar and cream cheese together, add vanilla and eggs one at a time while mixing until smooth

   Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie then bake for 70 to 90 minute or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cheese cake.

   Let cool completely before taking it out of the spring form pan.
