Walnut Strip Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Lightly grease jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch).

   Mix sugar, margarine and egg yolk.

   Mix in flour and cinnamon.

   Press into pan.

   Beat egg white and water until foamy. Brush over dough.

   Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

   Bake until very light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

   Immediately cut into strips about 3 x 1-inch.
