Parmesan cheese, grated

5 c. Walla Walla sweet onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 (16 ounce.) pkg. warm roll mix
8 ounce. pizza sauce
1/2 pound Italian sausage, boiled and sliced
1 c. pitted black olives
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Grease 14 inch pizza pan.

Over low heat, saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till onion is translucent/soft and tender.

Season with salt, pepper and oregano; cold.

Make dough for crust from roll mix.
