Vickys Rice Krispie Christmas Trees

   Melt the marshmallows in the microwave with the syrup, then quickly stir in the rice krispies

   Gently pack the mixture inside the cones and push a lolly stick in the middle

   Chill or freeze until set

   Mix the icing sugar with the food colouring and as little water as needed to make a thick paste

5. 5

   Coat the cones and decorate with sprinkles, silver balls etc

   I prop mine in a wire rack to set.

   Will be good for 2 days before the krispie mix starts to go soft
