Venison Jerky – a delicious recipe with lean venison, Accent, cayenne pepper, pepper, liquid smoke, water. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

3 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. pepper
1 oz. liquid smoke
1 oz. water
1 tsp. marjoram
9 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Tender Quick

Blend all ingredients well; roll between wax paper sheets. Take off top sheet and brush meat with 1 ounce liquid smoke diluted with 1 ounce of water.

Place in oven on wire racks.

Dry partially at 160u00b0, then remove paper.

Place back on wire racks and dry for another 3 to 4 hours.
