In 8 cup casserole dish combine onions, oil & garlic.

Microwave 2 minutes.

Add.

tomato sauce, pepper, zucchini, basil, oregano & season with salt & pepper.

Microwave 10 to 12 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring once.

In a bowl combine ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley & salt & pepper to taste.

In a 2 quart baking dish, spoon tomato & vegetable sauce in thin layer.

Lay 3 lasagna noodles over sauce.

Spread half of remaining sauce over noodles.

Lay down 3 more noodles.

Spread over noodles with ricotta cheese mixture.

Cover with remaining noodles.

Top with remaining sauce.

Cover with vented plastic wrap & microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Microwave another 6 to 8 minutes until center is hot & noodles are tender.
