Ingredients: 2 tbsp. all purpose flour; 1/8 teaspoon salt; Healthy pinch of pepper; 1/8 teaspoon paprika; 2 (4 ounce.) slices veal; Vegetable cooking spray; 1/4 c. water; 2 tbsp. vinegar; 1 teaspoon brown sugar; 1 bay leaf; 2 thin lemon slices; Additional lemon slices (optional and I prefer them)

Servings: persons

2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
Healthy pinch of pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 (4 ounce.) slices veal
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 bay leaf
2 thin lemon slices
Additional lemon slices (optional and I prefer them)

Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.

Dredge veal in flour mix; lb.

with a meat mallet till thin.

Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat; spray with cooking spray.

Add in veal; brown on both sides.

Combine water, vinegar, and brown sugar; stir well.

Pour over veal; add in bay leaf.

Place a lemon slice on each veal piece.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 min or possibly till done.

Throw away bay leaf and lemon slices.

Garnish with fresh lemon.

Goes well with a side dish of carrots, and top off with orange tapioca for dessert.
